    Katch those are flesh nematodes won't hurt you. you don't want eat the crappie raw once you cook the fish no harm. I have ate plenty crappie with them. Release throws fish to lake crisco.

    Yea not sure but would probably freak me out. If you slice into them and grab with tweezers do they move.

    Been a long time since I've kept/cleaned a crappie but it doesn't look right to me...?

    That was my concern, and they are everywhere. Fish came from Camanche. Here's another picture and includes fillets from two different fish caught in different spots on the lake. Not sure if it's worth finishing cleaning them or just feed it to the cats?

    I haven't. Do they look like they can be parasites? They kind of look like they could be worms but I'm just seeing it on my phone not a computer monitor. Hopefully its nothing bad. Where did the fish come from?
