Best All-Around Stock Pot Size for Crab

In all of my crab trips I have never paid attention to the size of the pot used to cook them. I am now looking to get a stock pot and burner but have no real size of what size to get. The only limit that I have run into thus far is that the larger burners only support up to 100-qt. We typically have 6 in our group. So I was curious if 100-qt is adequate for 6 limits. What has been your experience? Is 100-qt too big or too small? (100-qt ~ 21" x 21")

    Thanks, PeliKen

I use my turkey fryer. Cook as many as will fit with out over crowding. Then bring the water back to boil and start again. I have a bucket of ice water for a cold bath to stop the cooking.
You can’t fix stupid, no matter how much duct tape you use!
Doing the best I can with what's left.

I assume your fryer pot is the usual 30-qt? How many can you fit into a batch?
